Adapt Studios were born in 2012, through the long-time collaboration between Andy Kayley and Tom Cowle. Andy and Tom had previously worked together for 12 years, producing award-winning marketing schemes and software for an impressive range of blue-chip clients. Andy’s vision was to have a new studio, which capitalised upon both the rich experience of the directors and the ability to respond flexibly to the diverse needs of a breadth of clients. And so Adapt Studios was born.

Andy and Tom were soon joined by Kim Kayley and Andy Docherty. Kim is very experienced in the execution of incentive schemes and fulfilment processes, as well as research and database configuration. Andy Docherty a school-friend of Andy Kayley, joined the core team and brought with him decades of experience within the creative industries.

Our core team is made up key individuals, each heading up a specific area within the studio. We combine our very broad range of experience with a drive to do good and interesting work, to produce beautifully effective outcomes.

Whilst our core team is lean and compact, we work with a number of partners across various disciplines including development, design, animation, film and VR. This adaptive stance allows us to cater for even large projects at fairly short notice.
