188BET: Chester Cup Day, 10th May 2017

The Chester Cup is one of the Racing calendars most prestige races. Adapt were involved with the brand activation, event management and hospitality for the Cup day.

Activation and brand awareness – Chester train station activity
Race goers had a nice surprise at Chester station where we had a PR team ready with free goodies including branded water and fans which were very well received as temperatures reached 70f.

On Course
Customers had free branded binoculars getting them closer to the action plus the opportunity to have their memories captured with a free photo and souvenir frame in exchange for key data capture. A 12-page branded souvenir brochure filled with offers history and stats for The Chester Cup along with all the runners and riders.

Hospitality
Adapt looked after key clients, suppliers, guests and senior management in a private trackside chalet for the day and also arranged passes to the after race place to be the 1539 roof lounge and terrace which ensured an excellent day for all concerned.

Commemorative
Adapt designed and produced a silk tie featuring the Chester Racecourse crest and last 10 winner’s silks which was promoted via social media and given to all owners of the featured race.
