Wigan Warriors: Half-Time Entertainment

There is a short 5 minute window at half time to provide entertainment for the fans. We wanted to devise a game whereby it was challenging, rewarding, and one that fans from all parts of the stadium could see and engage with.

A 7x7ft Branded Inflatable challenge was created. Entry to the competition is via twitter and two fans selected for each home game, with the objective of having 10 attempts to kick the ball into the target area. The scores and times would be recorded and the winner over the season will win a VIP trip to the Super League Final with overnight accommodation.

Before the Challenge game was first introduced at a live match, Adapt took the challenge to The Wigan Warriors training ground. We filmed the players taking on the challenge and the results were broadcast via Wigan Warriors TV & Social media channels.

To keep fans up to date Adapt have created a leader board, and this is posted on social media and at the Wigan Warriors stadium via the big screen.
